2. What we process and why

When you send an enquiry, we process your name, email address and message to reply, prepare a requested quotation and discuss a service. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract or performing a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). General correspondence and communication with company representatives rely on our legitimate interest in conducting business communications (Article 6(1)(f)).

We process contracts, invoices and related documentation to perform contracts, comply with legal obligations (Article 6(1)(c)) and protect legal claims (Article 6(1)(f)). Technical logs may contain IP addresses, request times, pages visited and browser details. These support website operation and security on the basis of our legitimate interest in protecting and maintaining the service.

Required form fields are marked. Without them we cannot respond through the form; you can also contact us by email or telephone. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter or consent to unrelated promotional messages. Where offered, those messages require a separate choice and an unsubscribe option. Do not send passwords, card details or personal data unnecessary for your enquiry.

3. Forms and recipients

The contact form uses Contact Form 7. Enquiries are emailed to the official business recipient, and the sending system may keep a technical delivery log. Access is limited to authorised people answering enquiries and maintaining the system. Hostinger provides hosting and related infrastructure.

Hosting, email and maintenance providers process data only to the extent needed for their services. Where a business relationship or law requires it, recipients may include accounting and legal advisers and competent authorities. We do not sell personal data.

4. Security, statistics and external links

Google reCAPTCHA protects forms. It processes technical device and interaction data, including IP addresses, and may use security cookies. See Google’s privacy policy and terms. Email and telephone are alternative contact methods.

We use Metricool for website statistics. According to the provider’s documentation, its website tracker does not set cookies or unique visitor identifiers and does not store IP addresses.

Links to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and other external websites open their providers’ services, where their privacy policies apply.

5. Cookies

Necessary cookies and technical storage support basic operation, security and remembering choices. Additional analytics, marketing and external content requiring consent may be activated only after your choice. Browsing the website or sending an enquiry does not itself constitute consent. You may refuse and later withdraw consent. Browser settings also let you delete or restrict cookies; blocking necessary functions may affect the website.

6. Retention

We retain enquiries for as long as needed to respond and conduct related business correspondence. Data is then deleted or its processing restricted unless retention is needed for contracts, statutory records or legal claims. Contract and accounting records are subject to statutory retention periods. Technical logs and backups have separate retention periods based on their purpose and storage cycle. You may request the retention period or criteria for a specific enquiry.

7. Transfers outside the European Economic Area

Some providers may process data outside the EEA. Such transfers require an applicable adequacy decision or another appropriate safeguard, such as standard contractual clauses. You may request information about relevant recipients and safeguards using the contact details above.

8. Your rights

Subject to the GDPR’s conditions, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests and object to direct marketing at any time. You may withdraw consent without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.

Send requests to info@furrier-group.hr. We respond without undue delay, normally within one month, and inform you of any permitted extension and its reasons. Identity verification is limited to necessary information. You may complain to the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP) or another competent authority.

We take appropriate protective measures. The date above indicates the latest revision of this notice.
